ABOUT LO WILLIAMS

Lo Williams is a Black British/Jamaican graphic designer born and raised in Birmingham, UK.
 
Lo studied Art and Design at Birmingham Ormiston Academy and has successfully run her own graphic design business, LoDesignz, since the age of 13.
After completing First Class Legacy’s Street Smart 2 Business Start in 2019, Lo then went on to win the Roy Anthony Reid Foundation for Creative Ability Award 2019.

With a special gift of freehand illustration, Lo is able to interpret her clients’ ideas into book illustrations, album cover, logo designs and portraiture, using her quirky animated style.

Over the last couple of years Lo has been developing artwork to educate people, particularly young black girls, to realise that it doesn’t matter what shade you are and it certainly doesn’t make you more or less black.

With original illustrations in her own unique style, Lo's mission continues to be CREATIVITY CAN CHANGE THE WORLD!
