Black Pound is Power

I have attended many events that have given me an opportunity to buy a stall and display my merchandise on a pop up shop - but Black Pound Day at the Legacy Centre of Excellence in Birmingham, was one of the most memorable by far.

I personally am very grateful for the opportunity to be able to learn about finances and the importance of supporting my community whilst celebrating the power of the Black Pound.

The atmosphere on the day was very encouraging and for the reasonable price of the stall I was also able to make a good profit. I sold my own brand of t-shirts, coasters, masks, books and more...

With all of the attention from the media at the moment that is being given to black culture, I am empowered and proud to be a part of this movement and I would encourage all of my brothers and sisters in the community to support this initiative that will help to build our financial stability as a people.
